Registered Manager / Supported Living

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a National Supported Living Organisation who are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team in Manchester.

As a Registered Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of care and support, and oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area. You will be regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

We are looking for someone with previous managerial experience in a Supported Living setting, and someone who is dedicated in leading a team and delivering the best care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support person-centered services within your area.
• Ensure staff actions support care, protection, well-being, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
• Use IT systems to manage staff, incidents, quality assurance, training, and occupancy.

Experience:

• Candidate must have previous experience as a Registered Manager/Deputy Manager in a Supported Living setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
