Registered Manager - Ofsted Registered Children''s Residential Home Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Eastbourne Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist Children''s Residential Home in Eastbourne. This is a leadership role requiring strong clinical awareness, calm and consistent management, and the ability to build a resilient, well supported staff team capable of meeting the needs of young people who require predictability, safety and specialist support. The Registered Manager will be responsible for creating an environment where young people feel understood, safe and supported to develop independence and life skills, while ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted and regulatory standards. You will be supported by strong central functions including HR, finance, recruitment, training and a multidisciplinary therapy team, allowing you to focus on delivering high quality care and leadership within the home. Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Manager you will: Hold full responsibility for the safe and effective running of the home Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015 Lead and develop a stable team of Deputy Managers, Senior Coaches and Residential Support Workers Promote a therapeutic culture across the home Ensure staff feel supported, confident and able to manage complex behaviours safely Oversee care planning, behaviour support strategies and ..... full job details .....
