Registered Manager - Children''s Residential HomeChatham, Kent Start MondayStart Monday is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a four-bed Ofsted-registered children''s home in Chatham, supporting young people aged 12-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.This is an opportunity for a confident, child-centred leader to manage the day-to-day running of the home, lead and develop the staff team, maintain high standards of care and safeguarding, and ensure full regulatory compliance.You will need:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent.At least five years'' relevant experience in children''s residential care.A minimum of two years'' management experience within an Ofsted-registered children''s home.A recent Ofsted inspection grading of Good or Outstanding.Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation and regulatory requirements.A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to participate in an on-call rota.We are looking for a resilient, approachable leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.Interested in learning more?Contact Jo at Start Monday on (phone number removed) or email (url removed) for a confidential discussion. ..... full job details .....
