We are working with an established private provider who is looking to appoint an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a children''s residential home in Nottingham, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and driven leader who wants the autonomy to make a genuine impact, build a strong team and create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently maintained.

You will lead, motivate and develop a dedicated staff team while creating positive outcomes for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

• Professionals with experience supporting children with EBD and complex needs

• Confident and resilient leaders who can build and develop high-performing teams

• Individuals passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people

• Previous experience within a children''s residential setting

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent

• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards

• Experience leading and developing residential care teams

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
