About our Client Our Client is a CQC-regulated domiciliary care provider commissioned by Haringey Council to deliver homecare hours across the borough, offering tailored support including personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and reablement through a team of trained care workers, underpinned by electronic care records and a quality assurance framework that enable real-time monitoring, safeguarding compliance, and continuous improvement to enhance client wellbeing; the organisation is now seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead the service, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while championing dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every individual in its care. Purpose of the Role The Registered Manager holds overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) fundamental standards and all relevant legislation. The postholder will lead, motivate, and develop the staff team, drive continuous improvement, and act as the registered person accountable to CQC for the quality and safety of care delivered.
