Registered Manager – Solo EBD Children’s Home
Location: Bacup, Lancashire
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Full Time

We’re supporting a small, values-led provider in Bacup to recruit a Registered Manager for a solo EBD home. This is a genuine opportunity to lead with integrity and build a culture that’s therapeutic, participative, and grounded in real care.

You’ll join a close-knit organisation that puts young people at the heart of every decision — and backs its staff with trust, clarity, and support. The home is already up and running, with strong routines and a dedicated team in place. Your role will be to lead them with consistency and purpose, embedding quality while planning for the long term.

A Registered Manager or confident Deputy ready to take the next step
Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
Experience in solo EBD or trauma-informed settings
