As a
Registered Manager , you''ll be the heart of the home, ensuring young people receive
exceptional care and support
in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will drive the team to
create a safe, warm, and loving home
that helps children and young people integrate into the community, develop life skills, and build a brighter future.Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire
– Manage a compassionate care team to create a positive, nurturing environment.
Home Management
– Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with
Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures .
Care Planning
– Develop and implement
personalised care plans
to meet each young person’s needs.
Mentorship and Supervision
– Support, guide, and supervise staff to maintain
high standards of care .
Collaborate with Experts
– Work alongside
Clinical Psychologists
to implement
evidence-based interventions .
Recruit and Develop
– Take part in
hiring, vetting, and onboarding
new team members.
Encourage Growth
– Help young people engage in
therapies, education, and essential life skills .What You’ll Need
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience at a senior level in a Residential Children''s home
Full manual driving licence

Monitor team performance
to maintain excellence in service delivery.
Manage budgets
while ensuring financial responsibility.
Build positive relationships
with young people, staff, and stakeholders.
Maintain a high-quality living environment

Ensure accurate documentation
to meet statutory requirements.
Oversee scheduling, training, and team meetings .
Conduct audits (Regulation 44 and 45) to ensure compliance .
Drive continuous improvement
