Registered Manager - Children''s Residential Home Tyseley 3-Bed EBD Home Ofsted Rated Good About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children''s residential home in Tyseley, providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.This is an opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into Registered Management, or an experienced Registered Manager looking to join a growing, care-focused organisation.The organisation was established in 2010 and is led by owners with a genuine background in care. The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who combines strong management ability with excellent people skills. You will be a confident team leader who can build positive relationships with staff, young people and professionals, while maintaining high standards across the home.The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience within children''s residential care. Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or a strong senior ready to progress. Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs. Strong leadership and people-management skills. The ability to motivate, develop and manage a residential care team. A good understanding of safeguarding and children''s residential regulations.
