Registered Manager

We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Transitional Home based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a high-quality service that delivers outstanding outcomes for young people with complex emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health needs. We are seeking a leader with proven experience of managing services that support young people who present with complex risks and behaviours. The successful candidate will have a strong therapeutic and trauma-informed approach, be able to lead staff through challenging situations, and create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive. Who We Are Universal Care Group is an established and growing private healthcare provider specialising in delivering high-quality support and care to children, young people, and young adults across the Midlands. We currently operate 28 services across the group, including CQC-regulated Transitional Services supporting young people aged 16-24 and Ofsted-registered Residential Children''s Homes supporting children and young people aged 7-17.
