Registered Manager - Roborough House Service: Roborough House- a 40 x bed Nursing homeJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £56- £60k depending on experience Location: Woolwell, Nr Plymouth Qualifications: An NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). A Nursing Qualification would also be preferred. About the role: Roborough House (a 40 x bed Nursing Home) provides expert care and treatment for adults with complex support needs, resulting from mental health disorders, dementias, strokes and progressive neurological conditions. Job Summary: Reporting to the Locality Manager, the Registered Manager will provide effective leadership, governance and management and it is their responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the home. You will ensure the delivery of high quality, holistic care and to create a caring environment conducive to individual needs within a quality assurance framework. Essential: A Nursing Qualification would be preferred. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Previous experience managing a Nursing care setting, ideally supporting individuals with learning disabilities.Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.Proven leadership, financial and operational management skills.
