Located just a 10-minute walk from Stroud town centre, with excellent local transport links, we provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where young people are supported to thrive and make positive progress. What you''ll be doing As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, strategic development, and operational performance of the home. Working alongside a highly supportive senior leadership team, you will shape a child-centred, trauma-informed culture and mentor a dedicated team of staff to deliver outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015. Quality and Safeguarding: Maintain high-quality care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies while embedding robust safeguarding practices. Ofsted Readiness: Lead the home through regulatory inspections with a drive to achieve and sustain ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' ratings.
