Registered Manager Children''s Residential Home (5-Bed) Stockport Salary: £52,000 base, with performance-related bonuses taking total earnings up to £65,000 Hours: 9am 5pm We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed children''s residential home based in the Stockport area, supporting young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs (EBD/SEMH). You will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in line with Ofsted regulations and the home''s Statement of Purpose. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven manager to take ownership of a home and shape its culture, team, and outcomes for young people. Key responsibilities: Full operational and regulatory responsibility for the home, including Ofsted compliance and inspection readiness Line management, supervision, and development of the staff team, including recruitment and rota oversight Ensuring high-quality, individualised care plans are delivered for each young person Budget management and resource planning for the home Building strong relationships with placing authorities, families, and external professionals Driving continuous improvement in line with SCCIF and safeguarding standards What we''re looking for: A minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People), or working towards this Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready ..... full job details .....
