Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of home care services, ensuring that the organisation meets all CQC regulatory requirements while driving service quality and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory and ComplianceMaintain full compliance with CQC regulations as the service''s Registered Manager.Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.Lead on audits, inspections, safeguarding processes, and improvement plans.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents, complaints, and performance data.Service Delivery and QualityOversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe, person-centred care.Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and service user outcomes.Promote continuous improvement, learning, and excellence in service delivery.Ensure care staff uphold the highest standards of dignity, respect, and professionalism.Leadership and Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and develop care coordinators, senior carers, and frontline staff.Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and performance reviews.Create a positive, supportive culture ..... full job details .....
