We are seeking a Registered Manager who is legally accountable for delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with statutory obligations and upholding regulatory standards.Day-to-day of the role:Ensure the provision of high-quality services to vulnerable people in their own home, including conducting initial assessments and risk assessments.Maintain appropriate records within the Service Users'' homes and ensure that Service Users and their informal Carers are consulted during the care planning.Manage Complaints, Compliments, and Comments effectively, including taking remedial action and keeping records.Monitor legal requirements for staff support, ensuring staff undergo supervision, appraisal, and spot checks annually.Manage the quality feedback framework for families and the risk assessment register.Ensure all care staff complete required training to meet the fundamentals of CQC.Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and partners.Required Skills and Qualifications:Relevant qualification and registration with CQC.Strong communication skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.Proven ability to implement and ..... full job details .....
