As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-registered children''s home. The Role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and operational oversight of the home. You will ensure the service meets Ofsted regulations, delivers exceptional outcomes, and provides a stable, supportive environment for children and young people with complex needs. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team to deliver outstanding care.Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, Children''s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and behaviour support practices.Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality care planning.Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.Build strong relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders.Ensure the home is always prepared for Ofsted inspections and achieves strong ratings.
