As a Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the home and in developing a reflective, supportive staff team focused on safeguarding and positive outcomes.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the overall management and daily operations of the children''s home.Create and maintain a warm, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.Develop and support a team that prioritises relationships, safeguarding, and positive outcomes.Collaborate with a network of Registered Managers, Deputies, and residential staff to enhance the quality of children''s homes across Stockport.Engage in strategic planning and implementation to continuously improve service quality.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Residential Worker, ready to step into a managerial role.Strong leadership qualities with a focus on warmth, resilience, and creativity in residential childcare.Deep understanding of the importance of relationships, stability, and trauma-informed care.Emotional intelligence and the ability to build ..... full job details .....
