This is an excellent opportunity to lead a well-established reablement service supporting adults to regain independence following illness, injury or hospital discharge. You''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, managing Team Leaders, Supervisors and Reablement Assistants while working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Social Care colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
