Position: Registered Manager – Mental Health Residential HomeLocation: Near St Leonards-on-Sea, SussexSalary: Up to £52,500 p/a + Bonus (£5,825 p/a) + BenefitsHours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm | 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolsMy client is a family-run care provider with a strong local reputation, they are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their specialist mental health residential service.What They Are Looking For

2+ years’ experience as a CQC Registered ManagerQCF Level 5 (or equivalent)Background in mental health care (e.g. EUPD, bipolar, schizophrenia). LD experience also consideredResidential care experience strongly preferredDriver with reliable daily commute to Bexhill-on-SeaBenefits
