The successful candidate will ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements, relevant legislation and company policies, whilst maintaining a safe, effective and person-centred environment for both service users and staff. This is a hands-on management role, with responsibility for leading the care team, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
