Description Rose Court is a residential service located in Luton, which supports 11 adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.
