Registered Care Manager - Domiciliary Care

Earn up to -46,050 per annum
Up to -40,000 base salary + -4,800 bonus potential + -1,250 guaranteed in year one

Are you an experienced care professional looking for an opportunity to lead a successful branch within a supportive and ambitious organisation?

As a Registered Care Manager, you''ll take responsibility for delivering exceptional care within your local community. You''ll lead and inspire your team, maintain high-quality standards and help develop the branch while ensuring every customer receives safe, personalised care.

• Lead the branch with clear, supportive and values-driven leadership
• Build and develop a high-performing team where staff feel supported and empowered
• Ensure customers receive outstanding care across regular, respite and Live-in services
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and drive a strong quality and safety culture
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and other community partners
• Develop relationships within the local community to support customer growth
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing
• Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery
• Use data and technology to support effective decision-making
• Support the wider regional management team and share best practice

• Previous experience leading teams and managing performance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good commercial awareness, including experience with budgets, KPIs and business performance
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality and compliance
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using data, systems and technology
• Experience working with external providers, contractors or partners
• A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach
• Genuine passion for people, care and the local community

• Experience within domiciliary care or a related care setting
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Care, or willingness to work towards
• Knowledge of CQC or CIW regulatory standards
• Previous management experience within the care sector

• Up to -40,000 base salary
