Registered Care Manager - Domiciliary CareLocation: SeftonSalary: 35,000- 40,000 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-FridayOn-call rota requiredFull UK Driving Licence + Own Vehicle RequiredAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and develop a domiciliary care service in Sefton.This role would suit a confident and passionate care leader with previous domiciliary and extra care experience, who is looking to take ownership of service delivery, team performance, compliance and continued growth.You will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers safe, high-quality and person-centred care, while leading and developing the care and office-based teams.Key ResponsibilitiesHold CQC registration and ensure ongoing regulatory complianceTake responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the serviceLead, motivate and develop care and office-based teamsOversee recruitment, onboarding, retention and staff developmentManage staffing rotas to ensure effective and safe service deliveryBuild strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners and healthcare professionalsMonitor service quality through audits, reviews and spot checksManage complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns effectivelyOversee staff performance and ensure appropriate supervision and developmentEnsure policies, procedures, health and safety and regulatory requirements are followedIdentify opportunities to improve service ..... full job details .....
