Overseeing the daily operations of the children\''s residential homeEnsuring compliance with Ofsted regulationsLeading and managing the staff teamDeveloping and implementing therapeutic care plansConducting regular staff training and reflection sessionsSetting up policies and proceduresImplementing plans for all childrenPackage and Benefits
