Our client, an established company in Sutton, London, is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their new 3-bedroom Ofsted-registered children''s residential home. The client is an established organisation in the childcare sector, with a reputation for opening successful residential homes. They are expanding their services with the launch of their third home, continuing their mission to provide exceptional care and support to children.

As a Registered Manager, You Will

Oversee the daily operations of the 3-bedroom residential home.Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff.Develop and implement care plans for the children.Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The Ideal Registered Manager Will

Have 2 years experience working within children''s residential at least 1 year at management.Possess excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations.Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.Be committed to providing high-quality care.Have excellent communication and organisational abilitiesHave level 5 in leadership and management or be prepared to work towards it .
