As the founding Registered Manager, you''ll play a key role in shaping the culture, values and success of the home from day one, creating an environment where children and young people can feel safe, supported and empowered to thrive. You''ll be supported throughout the registration process by an experienced senior leadership team who are committed to investing in both the home and the people who work within it. The Opportunity As Registered Manager, you''ll lead the home through its Ofsted registration before taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the service.
