About the Role As a Registered Manager, you will hold full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory and organisational standards. As a Registered Manager, you will lead and develop a stable staff team, maintain compliance, oversee service performance, and ensure individuals receive safe, effective, and outcome-focused support.
