Registered Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential service supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. This is a key leadership role offering full operational responsibility for a small, complex service, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and team development. About the Role As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of a residential service supporting up to four individuals with complex needs. As a Registered Manager, you will oversee staffing, service delivery, and compliance, ensuring care is safe, person-centred, and aligned with regulatory standards. The role requires a proactive leader who can manage operational demands while driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential service Ensure care delivery is person-centred, safe, and compliant Manage, supervise, and develop staff teams Oversee staffing levels, rota coordination, and workforce planning Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks Manage budgets and monitor financial performance Use systems to oversee training, audits, incidents, and quality assurance Build relationships with external stakeholders to support service delivery Drive service improvement and best practice Lead responses to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns ..... full job details .....
