About Us Kezi and Clay Healthcare Ltd is a quality-driven care provider dedicated to creating nurturing, therapeutic environments where children and young people can thrive. We are opening a new solo placement children s home in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire for a young person with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and/or ADHD/Autism and learning difficulties. We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and experienced Registered Manager to lead this new service from registration through to outstanding operation. Role Overview The Registered Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the home in line with Ofsted regulations, the Children s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and the Quality Standards. You will ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and therapeutic support for the young person in placement while managing staff, budgets, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a small team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care. Oversee the registration process with Ofsted and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations. Develop and implement individualised care and placement plans for the child. Ensure safeguarding is at the centre of practice, with prompt reporting of all concerns. Manage the home s budget, rota, and resources effectively.
