The home currently holds an Outstanding CQC rating, and we are looking for a proven leader with a track record of managing Good or Outstanding-rated care homes and maintaining the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the home. Ensure the continued delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Maintain CQC compliance and inspection readiness. Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, medication management and quality assurance. Drive occupancy and manage admissions effectively. Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team. Build positive relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders. Manage budgets, staffing levels and overall service performance. About You Active NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
