We need someone who''s hands-on, organised, and passionate about developing their team while making sure every service user receives the person-centred care they deserve.What you''ll be doing Leading care operations Overseeing the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service Ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with CQC regulations Carrying out regular audits, risk assessments and care reviews Making sure care plans are accurate, up to date and tailored to each individual''s needs Maintaining quality and compliance Ensuring the service meets CQC standards and all relevant legislative requirements Responding to safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints promptly and effectively Promoting a strong culture of safeguarding, accountability and person-centred care Working with healthcare professionals, families and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for service users Leading and developing your team Managing, mentoring and developing care staff Overseeing recruitment, induction and training to ensure the service has the right people in ..... full job details .....
