Nurseplus is recruiting on behalf of our client - Childrens residential home within the Blackburn area.This will be a permenant position directly with the client and not working directly with Nurseplus. Registered ManagerSalary: up to £54,995.20 per annum (DOE)40 hours per week, Monday FridayOur clients are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Manager to work as part of the senior management team and lead a team of hardworking and committed team leaders and support workers. The successful candidate will provide strong, strategic leadership to drive regulatory success. They will ensure our children and young people enjoy a safe and happy home environment whilst developing their life skills and independence under the guidance and support of the care, therapy and education teams.You will be able to demonstrate a highly developed awareness of safeguarding, team management, and challenges associated with a diagnosis of Autism and other complex difficulties.
