About the roleYou will manage a residential home that includes a 28-day response placement which specialises in offering Outdoor activities. The home is dual registered with Ofsted and AALA. The home is well established and provides excellent outcomes for the children who are well established in their routines. The home has excellent staff retention levels and has maintained Outstanding or good in all areas.
