You will work with extraordinary people achieving fantastic successes.

You will oversee care delivery within the service, manage and supervise the staff team, and ensure the highest standards of care. As the Registered Manager, you will also liaise with CQC and monitor the clinical needs of our service users.

About the serviceWhat You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations, quality, safeguarding, and compliance

Drive care quality, performance, and staff development

Liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and families

Manage budgets, audits, and inspection readiness

Inspire a culture of inclusion, improvement, and care excellence

What You’ll Need

Management experience in regulated social care

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Familiarity with CQC, safeguarding, and care delivery frameworks

(Desirable) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
