Registered Manager Children''s Home Romford, East London Full-Time Permanent 40 Hours Per Week We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our Ofsted-registered children''s home in Romford, East London. Providing specialist therapeutic care for up to four children aged 8 17 years, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Registered Manager to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse. We would also consider an experienced Deputy Manager looking to progress into a Registered Manager position. Highly competitive salary up to £60,000 + annual bonus (negotiable). What We Require A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children. At least 1 year''s experience supervising and managing staff. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People''s Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), or working towards it. A "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within your recent Ofsted inspections. A good understanding of Therapeutic Practices and PACE. The ability to lead effectively as a Registered Manager, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ensuring the home operates in compliance with the Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
