Registered Manager - 3 Bed Children''s LD Home Newcastle 50,000 - 60,000 (DOE) Brand-New, High-Spec Service - Ready for Registration I am currently working in partnership with a well-established children''s residential care provider (operating successfully for over 20 years) to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new 3-bed Learning Disabilities children''s home in Newcastle. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a new, high-spec service from day one. The home is ready to be registered and the successful candidate will lead the Ofsted registration process, build the staff team and embed a positive, child-centred culture from the outset. The Opportunity This role would suit:An experienced Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge and the chance to shape a new service, orA strong and ambitious Deputy Manager with solid LD leadership experience who is ready to step up into their first Registered Manager position.The provider has a strong reputation within the sector and offers hands-on support from an experienced senior leadership team.
