Building on Expedius Properties strong national reputation for providing high-quality accommodation and support to care leavers, Expedius Care has been established to expand into the children s homes sector, combining proven operational excellence with a fresh, forward-thinking approach to residential childcare. We are now preparing to launch our first Ofsted-registered children s home in Streatham, London Borough of Merton, supporting up to four children aged 8 18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As we take this exciting step, we are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Registered Manager who shares our vision for excellence in care and wants to help shape this service from the ground up. The Role As the Registered Manager, you will hold full operational and regulatory responsibility for the home, leading it from its pre-registration phase through to Ofsted registration and the ongoing delivery of outstanding care thereafter. Key Responsibilities - Pre-Registration Phase Lead the Ofsted registration process in collaboration with the Responsible Individual, Director, and consultant. Develop the Statement of Purpose, Children s Guide, and Policies and Procedures in line with the Children s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
