You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring children and young people receive safe, high-quality and individualised care. You will lead and develop the care team, maintain strong safeguarding standards and ensure the home remains compliant with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the children's residential home. Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and child protection.
