Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-quality Children''s Residential Home with a provider committed to delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes for young people.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day management of an Ofsted-regulated Children''s Residential Home.
• Drive a positive, child-centred culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated residential care team.
• Champion safeguarding and promote the highest standards of care.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
• Maintain inspection readiness and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance.

About You

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Eligibility to register with Ofsted.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• Excellent knowledge of Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A proven commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children.
