Registered Manager, Learning Disabilities, Residential Care Home, Complex Care. Birmingham, commutable from West Bromwich, Dudley, Oldbury etc My client is a very highly regarded national care group, looking for a passionate, experienced Service Manager / Registered Manager to join their team. You will have solid experience of running successful, high quality care services for adults with complex needs including autism, learning disabilities and mental health, with deep knowledge of care standards and CQC regulations. They are looking for a compassionate leader who can inspire teams with an open, supportive approach. You will place your clients'' well-being and happiness at the core of how you operate, and empower the teams around you to provide the very best in person-centred care. The opportunity will see you overseeing a sizeable residential service in Birmingham.
