      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: 36000.00-36000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Cityworx Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced Manager to manage their supported living and complex care division based in Reading. They require a manager who is committed to meeting the needs of people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities and children and their families.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service and act as the person in charge including management of staff and expenditure. Deliver the strategic and financial objectives agreed for the branch. • Build a competent team who maintain strong working relationships with each other and external stakeholders. • Make decisions on whether the service is able to meet the personal care needs of any prospective Service User and to negotiate fees if appropriate with the Service User s family. • Develop of Service Plans for each Service User in conjunction with the Service User, their family and relevant professional agencies.
