      <description>Location: Enfield Town | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | An opportunity has arisen for a  Registered Care Manager  to join a specialist care provider delivering residential and supportive living accommodation for adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge  As a  Registered Care Manager , you will be leading the day-to-day management of residential and supportive living services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and staff performance.  This full-time role offers a  minimum salary of £50,000 and benefits .  The candidates  without residential or supportive living  experience may not be suitable for this role.    You will manage both services and should live within a commutable distance, but you will not need to visit both sites on the same day.   You will be responsible for:     	 Managing the delivery of high-quality care and support across the services.
