What we are looking for:The right to work in the UK, with at least 12 months remaining.Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care Management.minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting.Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and CQC frameworks.Excellent leadership and communication skillsAs a Registered Manager, you will:Oversee the operational, clinical, and regulatory aspects of the care home.Ensure residents are involved in decisions about their care, promoting dignity and independence.Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidance.Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled workforce aligned with the ..... full job details .....
