This opportunity is based in East London and focuses on Learning Disability and Mental Health services across supported living and community settings, including complex packages with 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 support. The Role As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of complex LD and Mental Health services. This role combines operational leadership with governance, quality assurance, staffing, and occupancy management, giving you full visibility and control across your services. You will play a key role in stabilising services, improving outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesManage supported living and community-based LD and Mental Health servicesEnsure full CQC compliance, safeguarding, MCA, and DoLS adherenceLead audits, inspections, and action plans across servicesOversee care plans, PBS strategies, risk assessments, and documentationManage high-risk placements, incidents, and safeguarding investigationsLead recruitment, staffing, performance management, and retentionReduce agency usage and improve ..... full job details .....
