Registered Manager LancasterLocation: LancasterHours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £(phone number removed) per annumAbout the RoleWe are recruiting for a CQC Registered Manager to lead our Residential Service in Lancaster, a specialist provision offering education, care, and independence training for young adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.Our service is first and foremost an educational establishment regulated by Ofsted, with personal care and accommodation overseen by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This residential service is home to 27 young people aged , many of whom have profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex medical or cognitive needs.The Registered Manager will have overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, effective staff leadership, and regulatory compliance. This includes managing Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers to deliver safe, person-centred support.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery• Lead and monitor person-centred services to ensure high-quality outcomes for residents.• Maintain compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards, safeguarding protocols, and health and safety requirements.• Oversee day-to-day operational excellence within the residential setting.Staff Leadership and Supervision• Manage and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers through supervision, coaching, and performance management.• Support effective ..... full job details .....
