This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to drive quality improvement and operational excellence at a medium size care home in East Sussex.Job: 2520Salary: 49,000 per annumLocation: East Sussex Type: PermanentConduct monthly Provider/Compliance visits, reviewing KPIs, service improvement plans, maintenance logs, and environmental standardsTake ownership of care home quality outcomes and overall performance within your regionLead on the standardisation of documentation and roll-out of best practices across all homesMaintain a strong and visible presence across services, with focused support for underperforming homesBuild and maintain effective relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, and other professional stakeholdersAttend and contribute to Governance and Central Team meetings, presenting audit outcomes and insightsGuide the Home to achieve commercial goals, including occupancy growth and marketing activityContribute to policy and procedure development to enhance care standards and complianceAssess training needs, review completion data, and organise or deliver training as requiredSupport and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and regular 1:1 guidanceLead and manage formal processes including disciplinary hearings, appeals, and grievances in line with company protocolsRequired Skills and ExperienceExperience managing an ..... full job details .....
