      <description>Location: Derby | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Registered Manager (Children’s)   The  Registered Manager  is responsible for the full operational leadership and management of a children’s residential home, ensuring high-quality care in line with each child’s care plan, company policies, and regulatory standards. This senior management role demands professionalism, leadership, and strategic oversight to ensure the welfare and development of young people with complex needs, including mental health and learning difficulties.   Key Responsibilities:   	 	 Lead, supervise, and manage all home staff including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers. 	 	 	 Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements.
