As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for our children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care. Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support. Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment. Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home''s statement of purpose is fulfilled.
