Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have considerable experience and understanding of Homecare operations at Registered Manager level with sound knowledge of CQC Regulations, legislation and a passion to deliver outstanding care to our service users every day.About the RoleOur Homecare service is currently delivering approximately 6,500 hours of care per week and as the Registered Manager you will be responsible for overseeing governance, quality, and regulatory compliance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the CQC-registered individual for the service, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirementsEstablish strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders including service users, their families, local authority, hospitals, commissioning teams, district nurses, therapists and GP''s.Lead on safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and quality assurance monitoring.Raising, reporting, responding and investigation of complaints, concerns and feedback received through the correct channels in line with company policies and procedures.Drive a culture of safe, effective, and person-centred care across the serviceMaintain ..... full job details .....
