A multi-award winning company that offers supported living to vulnerable adults with mental health challenges, is looking for an Accommodation Manager / Registered Manager. This will be to cover maternity leave for one of their homes in the SE London area. The jobholder will ensure that the support staff are performing to a high standard, ensuring that service complies with the requirements of Quality Assurance Framework (QAF). They will oversee that that the residents are provided with a supportive service that will engage and empower them to develop domestic, social and life skills and prepare and enable them to live independently. The post holder will lead a team of recovery coordinators and senior recovery coordinator and will support them with delivery of the operational plan including occupancy and financial targets. SALARY ETC: £38k to £45k + excellent benefits. Full-time, on-site, maternity cover contract. Working mainly core hours, Monday to Friday, however you will need to be adaptable when needed.
