Registered Manager - 2-Bed Children''s Home (EBD/LD) Location: Hitchin Salary: Up to 57,500 depending upon experience Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our brand-new 2-bed children''s residential home in Hitchin, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow a new home from the ground up, shaping its culture, systems, and practice to achieve the very best outcomes for children and young people. The Role As the Registered Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the operation, leadership, and development of the home, ensuring it meets Ofsted requirements and provides a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment. You''ll lead by example, building and motivating a skilled, trauma-informed team and embedding a culture of respect, empathy, and accountability.
